At long last, Toots the Cutie has ascended, woohoo. This W/N managed to defeat the enemy self in just 16 seconds. How? well let me explain my tactic.

Armed with, fury, and 4 other necro skills i entered the arena. The great thing was the necro skills all sacrificed health, and they used it, to my advantage, nice exp, very easily.

WooHoo, again for the nice exp and the bonus mission. I can now start to tank and run, hopefully......

Toots the Shooter tries GvG

On Saturday just gone Toots the Shooter tried GvG with her guild (the P C Format Forum Guild). Well it was her first attempt at it, and many of the other 7 people were in the same situation, so we didn't win to say the least. Actually we lasted 13 minutes, which apparently wasn't too bad for a first attempt, and with an unperpared, randomly put together team. But, lesson learned, i need to pvp more.

Late this evening Toots the Shooter and 8 other ranger ladies got together in "Yaks Bend" for a nice dance, along with the accompanying band in the background, what a great use of time!!!!!!!!!!!!

Toots the Cutie

The idea for the name "Toots" stems from my fiancee who i work with. One of the girls we work with, gave all the staff new nicknames when she started (a little crazy, yes, but a good laugh nontheless). She decided that Laura (my fiancee) should be called "Toots" as she was cute. That night i was creating a new character on guild wars (Warrior) and "Toots the Cutie" was born.

I've been focusing on getting her levelled up to 20, and then i plan to use her primarily for farming, while the other toots (toots the shooter R/Me) is gonna try her hand at PvP.

A little about me

I've been messing around with computers now for about 23 years, starting out with my dads zx81 many moons ago. Eventually i began to play games on a NES and moved onto a SNES when they came out. As with most games 2 players was the norm, until "Secret of mana" hit the streets, 4 player RPG. It was heaven, and to this day i still beleive this game was fantastic, but i still haven't played it again. Various other consoles were used and abused until i re-discovered computers with keyboards. Yes, i got a pc, a crap one, but a pc.

I tried games galore and eventually ventured into online gaming in the last few years, starting with Star Wars Galaxies. The one thing i hated about MMORPG's was the monthly fee, and then i discovered "Guild Wars". A free (once you've bought it) MMORPG, thats right, no monthly fee, and it worked for me.

I've been playing now for about 6-7 months and have saved about £90 in monthly fees, so if i don't play for a while, i haven't lost out on anything.

My aim for this blog is just to chat about what characters i have, and what i've been doing ingame with them. Let the blogging commence....
